26th Annual Japanese Food & Restaurant Expo coming to Pasadena

The 26th annual Japanese Food & Restaurant Expo will be held at the Pasadena Convention Center on Saturday, Oct. 11 from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m.
The event is primarily aimed at trade professionals and is not open to the general public.
In addition to seminars and workshops on the latest trends and ingredients in the industry, the convention will also host sake, beer and food sampling as well as knife demonstrations.
