Sex offender walks home wearing nothing but an electronic anklet in Seoul
June 9, 2014
By Ko Dong-hwan
Seoul police on Monday detained a convicted sex criminal for walking around the affluent Nonhyeon-dong neighborhood wearing nothing but an electronic anklet.
The man’s naked stroll on Saturday afternoon terrorized residents, one of whom uploaded a photo on Facebook to warn women near the area. The photo shows a barefoot woman trailing the man.
The man told police he drank with his girlfriend ― the woman in the photo ― before they had a fight. In a rage, he took off his clothes and walked out of the bar, reaching his home about a minute later.
