Seo Taiji and Lee Eun-sung welcomed their first child, a daughter, Wednesday in a Seoul hospital, Seo’s agency announced in a statement.
Seo met Lee, an actress, in 2008 while filming the music video for the title track to his eighth album, “Bermuda Triangle.” They began dating in 2009.
The couple got married last year in June in a small wedding at Seo’s Pyeongchang-dong home with family and close friends.
Seo, a K-pop legend in Korea, plans to come back with a new album in October, his first in six years.
