No tickets sold with all six Mega Millions lottery numbers
LOS ANGELES (CNS) – There were no tickets sold with all six numbers in tonight’s drawing of the multi-state Mega Millions lottery and the estimated jackpot for Friday’s drawing will grow to $188 million.
Two tickets with five numbers, but missing the Mega number, were sold outside California and are each worth $1 million, the Multi-State Lottery Association, which conducts the game, announced.
The numbers drawn tonight were 3, 7, 44, 63, 67 and the Mega number was 12. The estimated jackpot was $172 million.
The drawing was the 15th since the last time a ticket with all six numbers was sold.
The odds of matching all five numbers and the Mega number is 1 in 258,890,850, according to the Mega Millions website. The overall chance of winning a prize is 1 in 14.71.
The Mega Millions game is played in 43 states, the District of Columbia and U.S. Virgin Islands.
