Two Koreans identified in Las Vegas murder-suicide case
Police found a 23-year-old woman and a 26-year-old man dead in a Las Vegas home on Jan. 15.
Authorities identified the two bodies on Monday as Lee Ji-yeon and Lee Won-jae, respectively.
After reviewing evidence from the crime scene, Metro police concluded that the man had died from gunshot wounds to the head and neck.
The woman suffered from a self-inflicted gunshot wound to the head.
The case was ruled a murder-suicide.
According to the police report, the two were dating and were found by a friend who had stopped by to check in because she had not heard from them in days.
“It was a shock to pull up to the house and the whole neighborhood was quarantined,” neighbor Damion Grau told ABC News. “Nothing like this happens in this neighborhood.”
