May 14, 2015
DALLAS, Texas (Yonhap) — South Korean recording artist Yangpa will sing the South Korean and American anthems at a Major League Baseball (MLB) game in Texas next month, officials said Wednesday.
The Korean residents’ association in Dallas, which is working with the Texas Rangers to organize the second annual Korean Heritage Night on June 15, said it has invited the 36-year-old singer to perform the anthems.
The Rangers will host the Los Angeles Dodgers at Globe Life Park in Arlington that night.
