Kevin Na, Danny Lee finish tied for 10th at Colonial
Kevin Na ended up finishing 10th at the PGA Tour’s Crowne Plaza Invitational at Colonial Sunday.
The 31-year-old Korean American led the tournament held in Fort Worth, Texas for 62 holes, but he faded after finding water at the 63rd hole. Na never recovered from that double-bogey at the 8th hole, and finished even par for the final round.
Na finished the tournament at 9-under 271, tied for 1oth.
Korean New Zealander Danny Lee shot 4-under 66 to join Na at the 10th place group, and John Huh fired 6-under 64 to jump up 23 spots to 18th place.
Chris Kirk made a par-saving 7-foot putt after an errant tee shot at the 18th hole to avoid a playoff and won his fourth PGA Tour victory.
With a closing 4-under 66, Kirk got to 12-under 268, one ahead of Masters champion Jordan Spieth, playing partner Brandt Snedeker and Jason Bohn.
