Mike Huckabee unleashes racist tweet against N. Koreans, no apology
By Brian Han
Former Governor of Arkansas and Republican presidential candidate Mike Huckabee let loose Tuesday night as he tweeted throughout the Democratic debate.
Letting loose in this case means getting racist, specifically toward North Koreans.
I trust @BernieSanders with my tax dollars like I trust a North Korean chef with my labrador! #DemDebate
— Gov. Mike Huckabee (@GovMikeHuckabee) October 14, 2015
He compared Senator Bernie Sanders to a North Korean chef, writing that he trusts him with tax dollars as much as he would trust the latter with his pet dog. After receiving quite a bit of public backlash, Huckabee didn’t back down or apologize. Instead, he defended his position.
Poor liberals think it’s racist to deplore a brutal dictatorship. #DemDebate https://t.co/ItkrFfMYiL
