November 13, 2015
A New York native, 24-year-old singer Kevin Oh, has made it to the final three on the popular South Korean survival audition show “Superstar K7.”
Oh’s rendition of the Kim Hyun-sik classic “Like Rain, Like Music” in a live performance Thursday night drew praise from the judges.
“I think that was the most creative performance we’ve ever seen on this show,” Yoon Jong-shin, one of the judges, said during the show.
The singer will face off against Cheon Dam-bi, the show’s first female finalist, next week.
Born and raised in New York, Oh is a graduate of Dartmouth College.
