Seattle Korean soprano to lead Verdi opera
November 23, 2015
Seattle Korean Soprano Kim Do-hee will lead a long-beloved Giuseppe Verdi opera, “Rigoletto,” with Lyric Opera Northwest inside Moore Theatre on Dec. 13.
Kim will play the role of Gilda, the daughter of a court jester who falls in love with a promiscuous Duke who has a curse placed on him.
Kim said that although she has performed with the theater before, she has never taken on the role of Gilda.
“I hope that many Korean music lovers give support to a performance like this,” Kim said.
Moore Theatre is located on 1932 2nd Ave, Seattle, WA 98101.

I really love her angel voice. It is worth to visit some opera in which she are acting. Hope that I will find some free time and visit our local Opera Theater and relax under the enchanting sounds of opera singing.
