December 3, 2015
A New York City-based organization, Free Turkeys Korean American Foundation, gave 300 bags of rice to the Korean American Senior Citizens’ Association of New Jersey Wednesday.
The project, in its 29th effort, is an end-of-the-year act of sharing by the local community and is supported by the Korea Times.
Not Bank and Pulmuone each donated an additional 100 bags and 30 bags, respectively, toward the effort.
