Girl band Mamamoo to release debut single in Japan this week
SEOUL, Oct. 2 (Yonhap) — Powerful female K-pop vocal group Mamamoo will debut in Japan this week with new singles and a concert tour of major Japanese cities, their management agency said Tuesday.
The quartet will release their Japanese debut singles — the Japanese version of their previous song “Decalcomanie” and new release “You Don’t Know Me” — on Wednesday, according to RBW.
On Friday, the girl band will throw a concert in Osaka before performing in Tokyo on Sunday and Nagoya on Oct. 9, the agency also said.
On the eve of the debut single release, Mamamoo will stage a performance at Tower Records Shibuya that will be broadcast live through the Line Love streaming service.
Also on Tuesday, the music video of “Decalcomanie” is to be unveiled on a Japanese broadcasting channel, the agency added.
