Actress Lee Tae-im axed from TV series over abuse claims
Actress Lee Tae-im has stepped down from a TV series after allegedly abusing an idol girl singer while recording a show in late February.
The actress, 30, known for her voluptuous body, stepped down from the SBS TV series “My Heart Twinkle Twinkle.” Choi Yoon-so, who is scheduled to appear from the 21st episode, has replaced her.
Lee has now dropped out of all her TV shows. She had already withdrawn from reality show “My Tutor Friend” immediately after the scandal broke out.
The actress allegedly lashed out at Kim Ye-won, 27, while recording “My Tutor Friend” on Feb. 24. Lee allegedly thought Kim talked down to her, which program staff denied.
Lee had also allegedly failed to arrive on time to shoot the show on Feb. 23.
