Arrest made in deadly Manhattan hit-and-run case

The New York Police Department arrested a 25-year-old man Tuesday who allegedly hit and killed a Manhattan pedestrian.
A white two-door sedan hit Cho Doo-hee, 33, between 15th St. and 16th St. on 5th Avenue around 3:15 p.m. on Sunday.
Cho, who recently moved to Manhattan after working at a Connecticut bank, was taken to a hospital but pronounced dead.
