Assemblywoman Young Kim holds open house for her new district office
Assemblywoman Young Kim held an open house for her new 65th Assembly District Office on Thursday.
Notable figures came out to show support including father of U.S. Congressman Rep. Ed Royce (R-CA), Ed Royce, Sr., Orange County (OC) Chamber of Commerce Chairwoman Shelly Lynn, Buena Park Mayor Art Brown among many others.
“Thank you to the literally hundreds of constituents, community leaders, and friends who stopped by our district office open house!” she wrote on Facebook. “It was wonderful to meet everyone and discuss issues important to our community and state. As always, you can call my office anytime. My staff and I are here to serve the 65th district.”
Her new headquarters is based in Buena Park where a significant Korean American population resides.
The 65th district includes Fullerton, La Palma, Buena Park and a portion of Anaheim.
