Bae Yong-joon, Park Soo-jin tie the knot
Hallyu king Bae Yong-joon, 43, tied the knot with actress Park Soo-jin, 30, Monday in Korea, inside a Seoul hotel surrounded by fans and media.
The private, three-hour ceremony, held inside the Sheraton Grande Walkerhill, was attended by about 150 people.
Among the stars who showed up were fellow KeyEast talents Kim Soo-hyun and Im Soo-jung, Lee Hyun-woo, Hwang Jung-eum and Uhm Ji-won.
Yonhap reported that about 200 Japanese fans, as well as 100 Japanese media, crowded the exterior of the hotel. Bae reportedly handed out meal tickets and free coffee for his fans through company employees.
Widely known as “Yon-sama” in Japan, Bae led the Hallyu Wave with his 2002 appearance in “Winter Sonata.”
Park debuted as a member of girl group Sugar before transitioning into acting in 2006.
