Big Bang to release new album
SEOUL, May 28 (Yonhap) — South Korean boy band BigBang will release the second single album of its “Made Series” on Monday, the group’s management agency said.
“Made Series” is the name for a project in which BigBang promised to release a new single on the first day of every month from May to August.
“Loser” and “Bae Bae,” both tracks in the first single album “M” of the series, became sensations, sweeping various local music charts.
The second album “A” will also have two songs — “Bang Bang Bang” and “We Like 2 Party,” YG Entertainment said. The album is scheduled to hit online music services at midnight Monday and street record stores the next day, it added.
Meanwhile, the agency said BigBang will go on its second-ever tour of North America in October as part of its 2015 world tour that began in Seoul last month.
The group will perform in Las Vegas on Oct. 2, Los Angeles on Oct. 3, Anaheim on Oct. 4, New Jersey on Oct. 10-11 and Toronto, Canada, on Oct. 13.
BigBang last visited North America for its world tour in 2012.
