BLACKPINK’s ‘As If It’s Your Last’ tops 500 mln YouTube views
BLACKPINK’s “As If It’s Your Last” has drawn over 500 million YouTube views, setting another milestone as a popular K-pop girl group, its management agency said Sunday.
The video for “As If It’s Your Last” surpassed the 500 million mark the previous day, according to YG Entertainment.
The video was released in June 2017 and in 17 hours became the fastest video from a K-pop girl group to hit 10 million views. It was chosen as the most-beloved K-pop video on YouTube that year.
BLACKPINK now has two songs whose YouTube hits have each surpassed 500 million, including “Ddu-Du Ddu-Du” that reached 6 million on Jan. 13.
Including the two, all seven of the group’s music videos have recorded more than 100 million YouTube views.
The group is now on its first world tour of North America, Europe and Australia.
