‘Cinderella and Four Knights’ to be shown in 63 countries
SEOUL, Aug. 1 (Yonhap) — A new TV series loosely based on the classic fairy tale “Cinderella” will be shown simultaneously in 63 countries, its PR agency said Monday.
“Cinderella and Four Knights” will air in 56 countries in North and South America, and seven countries in Asia, according to The Tick Tock. These countries include the United States, Cuba, Brazil and China.
Viewers in North and South America will be able to view the drama on the video streaming site DramaFever.
“We’re currently in talks with some other countries, so if they’re added to the list before the first broadcast, the number of countries may grow,” an agency official said.
“Cinderella and Four Knights” is a rom-com starring Jung Il-woo and Park So-dam, which tells the story of an orphaned college student who moves into a house with three billionaire men through whom she also meets their bodyguard.
The series is set to premiere on the cable channel tvN on Aug. 12.
