Inwangsan — This 338-meter-high mountain on the outskirts of Seoul offers probably the best view of the city, including the palaces, North Seoul tower and the Blue House, residence of the Korean president. Known for its hiking trails, the mountain has a number of castles that were built to protect the city from foreign invasion.
