Disney’s ‘Mulan’ is being remade into a live-action film

Disney is looking to make a live-action remake of its hit 1998 animation “Mulan,” according to the Hollywood Reporter.
The story follows Hua Mulan, a young girl who disguises herself as a male warrior to protect her father. The film was nominated for an Academy award.
The media giant’s recent release of “Cinderella,” a live-action adaptation of the animation, has brought in $335.7 million worldwide, according to Box Office Mojo.
Its next live-action remake, “Beauty and the Beast,” will show in theaters in 2017.
