Dodgers to give away Ryu Hyun-jin bobbleheads on May 27
Park Chan-ho to throw first pitch on Korean Night
C.N. Blue’s Jung Yong-hwa to sing Korean national anthem
and the American national anthem will be performed by Ali
The Los Angeles Dodgers will be holding its Korean Night on May 27, where bobbleheads of pitcher Ryu Hyun-jin will be available to attendees.
Korean Night events will begin at 6:30 p.m. before the game against the Cincinnati Reds.
The event will feature Korean cultural performances such as taekwondo demonstrations. C.N. Blue’s Jung Yong-hwa will sing the Korean national anthem while female vocalist Ali, who recently performed at the 12th annual Korea Times Music Festival at the Hollywood Bowl on May 3rd, will sing the American national anthem.
In addition, former Dodgers pitcher Park Chan-ho is scheduled to throw the first ball. A signing event by Park is also slated to open at a promotion booth for Korea at the stadium.
Fifty thousand Ryu bobbleheads will be available and sponsored by Asiana Airlines.
