October 24, 2014
A 70-year-old woman was killed Wednesday in a three-car accident in Long Beach, Long Beach Post reported.
Sohn Kwang-ja, of Seal Beach, Calif., was the passenger in a 2009 Toyota when her vehicle collided with a Nissan traveling south on Cherry Avenue, Long Beach Police Department said.
The Nissan, carrying one 20-year-old, then crashed into another vehicle being driven by a 30-year-old, LBPD said.
Sohn was taken to a nearby hospital but was pronounced dead, while her driver, a 78-year-old man, had minor injuries.
