Expectations soaring for “Korean Messi” Lee Seung-woo

Expectations for 16-year-old footballer Lee Seung-woo are soaring.
After he scored an impressive goal at the Asian Football Confederation’s U-16 Championships, Sunday, some are even calling him the “Korean Messi.”
The F.C. Barcelona youth player surprised many fans with a long possession and goal that reminded them of the Argentine star.
He scored twice in the qualifiers and twice against Japan, Sunday.
The Korea U-16 team will have a semifinal match against Syria on Wednesday.
