Fans send off TVXQ’s Changmin, Super Junior’s Siwon to military
November 19, 2015
Two K-pop superstars, TVXQ’s Shim Changmin and Super Junior’s Choi Siwon, entered military service Thursday morning in Chungnam, South Korea, surrounded by hundreds of well-wishing fans, some of them from Japan and China.
Shim and Choi, who wanted to enlist without fanfare, did not greet fans before entering the base, Yonhap reported.
Both are expected to carry out their 21 months of service as conscripted policemen.
