First Korean American male contestant joins ‘America’s Next Top Model’
August 20, 2015
A male Korean American has joined “America’s Next Top Model” for the first time in 22 cycles of the popular show.
Justin Kim, 23, is from Springfield, Virginia.
Kim told Bob Cut Mag this month that his parents are immigrants from South Korea who arrived in the U.S. 35 years ago. He started modeling while attending George Mason University.
He’s the third Korean American to appear on the show, after Gina Choe on the 6th season and Jennifer An on season 13.
