Hot indie band Hyukoh joins hands with YG
July 21, 2015
South Korea’s hottest new band, indie dazzler Hyukoh, has found a new label with High Ground, headed by hip-hop giant Epik High’s Tablo under YG Entertainment.
According to YG Tuesday, the four-member band — which shot to overnight mainstream fame after an appearance on television variety program “Infinite Challenge” — will see their promotions handled by High Ground. Their company, Duruduruamc, will partner with High Ground to manage the group, Yonhap reported.
Hyukoh has dominated Korean music charts since their TV spot and recently appeared on “Show Me the Money 4″ as a musical guest performing with Tablo and Jinusean.
