Illumination partners with Korean animation studio

Mofac Alfred, a leading South Korean graphic studio, has forged a creative partnership with Illumination Entertainment, the force behind the “Minions,” for Mofac’s “Johnny Express.”
Created by director/Mofac head Kyungmin Woo, 31, “Johnny Express” is a short film about a space delivery man and his mishaps on different planets.
Woo graduated with a degree in design from Hanyang University.
The short film, which was released on Vimeo, garnered more than 10 million views and went on to win the Grand Prize at the 2015 New York International Children’s Film Festival.
