INFINITE’s Nam Woo-hyun to hold first solo concert next month
SEOUL, Oct. 5 (Yonhap) — Nam Woo-hyun, a vocalist of boy band INFINITE, will hold his first solo concerts in Seoul early next month, his agency Woollim Entertainment said Friday.
Nam released his second solo album, “Second Write,” last month and has been actively promoting it. The concerts, slated for Nov. 2-4 at the Blue Square, are part of his efforts to set his solo career firmly on track.
He debuted as one of the main vocalists of INFINITE in 2010. The band, responsible for such hit songs as “Destiny,” “Back,” and “Tell Me,” has been on hiatus since leader Kim Sung-kyu entered the military to fulfill his mandatory service duty in May.
Separately from his pop career, Nam’s been appearing in the musical “Barnum” since August.
Tickets will be available from 8 p.m. on the online site Interpark.
