Is Sulli leaving K-pop girl group f(x)?

A report by a Korean media outlet Thursday stirred rumors about the 21-year-old’s departure from the five-member band from SM Entertainment, but the agency released a statement saying a decision had not been reached.

The outlet said Sulli would leave f(x) but remain with the agency, with more of a focus on her acting career.

SM, in response, stated they “have not come to a decision regarding Sulli’s leave from f(x),” according to local media.

“We are planning to make a careful decision about Sulli’s group activities,” SM said.

The singer halted her activities with the group last year following controversy that stemmed from reports of her romantic relationship with Dynamic Duo’s Choiza, who is 14 years her senior.

Sulli appeared as an actress in last year’s film “The Pirates” and “Fashion King.”
