Dodgers raise ticket prices up to 140%
Cheapest ticket goes from $5 to $12
It just got much more expensive to see Ryu Hyun-jin pitch in Los Angeles Dodger Stadium. Depending on seat location, up to 140% more expensive.
According to the Los Angeles Times report on Saturday, the Dodgers increased the prices in 20 ticket categories, and by at least 50% in 10 of them. The lowest priced ticket went from $5 last year to $12 this year.
The Dodgers’ vice president of ticket sales David Siegel said the new prices reflected “unprecedented demand” for tickets.
