John Cho chooses K-town Youth CC as recipient for ‘Star Trek’ fundraiser

With the latest “Star Trek” sequel coming out, Paramount Pictures is offering a chance for fans to be a part of the film through an online fundraiser.
Each of the actors were given a charity of choice and John Cho, who plays Sulu in the film, chose the Koreatown Youth Community Center in Los Angeles, Calif. as the recipient of his share of proceeds.
