Join the fun at the 1st Turtle Marathon @ Griffith Park tomorrow
Freebies for participants will include 2,000 ramen gift packs from Nongshim America, Turtle Marathon T-shirts and health drinks.
The 1st Turtle Marathon @ Griffith Park, hosted by the Korea Times and Nongshim America, will kick off tomorrow at 8 a.m.
The free walking marathon, open to the public, will run through a 3-mile trail and is expected to draw about 50 Korean American organizations.
Freebies for participants will include 2,000 ramen gift packs from Nongshim America, Turtle Marathon T-shirts and health drinks.
Walkers will begin the marathon near Merry-Go-Round inside the park.
Sponsoring the marathon are the office of District 4 City Councilman Tom LaBonge, the Korean American Federation of Los Angeles, Pyung Tong LA and the Korean American Chamber of Commerce of Los Angeles.
