K-pop girl group held at LAX for 15 hours, returns to Korea
By The Korea Times Los Angeles staff
Oh My Girl, an eight-member K-pop girl group, ran into trouble at Los Angeles International Airport Wednesday as they were held by customs authorities for 15 hours and eventually came to the decision to head back to Korea.
The group landed Wednesday in Los Angeles to shoot photos and film for their upcoming album, Yonhap reported.
Upon arrival, the group encountered problems with some photoshoot items in their luggage, including outfits, agency WM Entertainment said.
“We were waiting for the second round of screening, but because the members are so young and because they had been there so long, they decided to return to Korea on the next flight back,” the agency said.
Oh My Girl debuted in April.

So what was the problem here? Was it something on their outfits or that they had the outfits together and too many outfits of the same type triggered something?
