KCON to feature Yoo In-na, Lee Seo-jin and Eric Nam
With KCON 2014 less than two weeks away, organizers announced the convention’s full program schedule Friday.
The convention will be held at Los Angeles Memorial Sports Arena on Aug. 9 and 10.
New additions to the third annual event include a free market and outdoor stage featuring more than 250 vendors and local artists from around Los Angeles, special guests Yoo In-na, Lee Seung-gi and Lee Seo-jin and a special “Ongamenet League of Legends Champions Festival” featuring professional gamers, according to a press release.
The K-drama stars will be joined by Eric Nam, the Korean American singer of “Birth of a Great Star” fame.
KCON’s schedule includes workshops, panels, Q&As and demonstrations with noted YouTube personalities, K-pop insiders and fans on topics ranging from cosplay, women in K-dramas and Korean cooking to learning Korean, K-pop fandoms and even K-pop fan fiction.
The artist lineup this year is comprised of B1A4, G-Dragon, IU, Teen Top, VIXX, BTS, CNBLUE, Girls’ Generation, Jung Joon-young and SPICA.
