Kim Young-ha to write columns for International NYT
Writer Kim Young-ha will contribute to the International New York Times as a columnist.
The International Herald Tribune will soon be titled the International New York Times to strengthen its competitiveness. It has decided to recruit 38 new columnists.
The U.S.-based newspaper has introduced Kim as the writer of “I Have the Right to Destroy Myself,” “Black Flower” and “Empire of Light.” His columns will be published once a month.
Kim obtained his bachelor’s and master’s degrees in business administration from Yonsei University. He began his professional career as a writer in 1995, with a short story titled “A Meditation on Mirror.”
He taught at the Korean National University of Arts, and is currently a visiting scholar at Columbia University.
