Korean American sound mixer wins Emmy

Eddie Kim, a Korean American creative artist, picked up his first Emmy this weekend for re-recording mixer in sound mixing for nonfiction programming.
Kim participated in the HBO documentary series “Foo Fighters: Sonic Highways.”
After graduating from Academy of Art University in San Francisco, Kim began work at Therapy Studio. He said during his acceptance speech that the award is for his father, who passed away last year.
