Korean millionaire spends free time cleaning up trash in Bahrain
November 11, 2014
A reportedly wealthy Korean man who identifies himself as Yoo, has been picking up trash in Bahrain during his free time and the locals are starting to pick up on his altruistic habits.
“The person you see in front of you is a millionaire investor who came to Bahrain, who wakes up in the morning to clean,” says the videographer who was sent at dawn on an assignment to film the man.
Yoo does it out of concern for those in the area that might be exposed to effects of littering.
“There is a lot of garbage and it makes people sick and it causes problems,” he said.
His efforts are certainly appreciated by those who have witnessed his actions.
“You are truly a role model,” one of the locals said to Yoo.
