Korean MMA fighter gets suspended sentence for fraud

(PHOTO NEWS) — Choi Hong-man, a South Korean mixed martial arts fighter, leaves a courthouse in Seoul on Jan. 14, 2016, after his sentencing on fraud charges. The 35-year-old, who towers at 2.18 meters (7′ 2″) in height, was sentenced to one year in jail on a two-year suspension. He is accused of not paying back HK$710,000 he borrowed from an acquaintance in December 2013, reportedly to buy a pair of watches for himself and his girlfriend.
