LA Koreatown supermarket to reopen after four years
November 13, 2015
Kaju Market on 5th Street and Western Avenue in Koreatown, Los Angeles, is coming back after four years.
According to Kaju, the location — which underwent construction as a part of the California Marketplace shopping center in 2011 — is in the process of finishing up its interior and will open for business Dec. 20.
The shopping center itself is expected to open as late as May, said Lee Hyun-soon, Kaju head.
California Marketplace is a 100,000-square-foot, three-story space with a parking garage.
