LAPD Chief Charlie Beck announces new command staff promotions

LAPD Chief Charlie Beck announces new command staff positions.  As Caption III Vito Palazzalo gets promoted to Commander, Office of Special Operations, Captain II David Kowalski gets upgraded to Captain III, in Olympic area which covers Koreatown, Los Angeles.

Captain III, Vito Palazzolo, who was upgraded to Captain III  late February of 2015 gets  appointed to Commander in one year and two months.

According to LAPD, Palazzolo and Kowalski will be promoted after June of this year. Prior to serving LAPD, Kowalski served the US Marine at the Gulf War, and has been working  at Olympic Station in Koreatown.
