Voter turnout well-below previous even-year primaries

(CNS) Los Angeles County Registrar-Recorder/County Clerk Dean Logan reports that voter turnout was 8.86 percent as of 3 p.m., based on random sampling.
Logan says that figure is well-below the 12.7 percent of voters who had voted by 3 p.m. in the previous even-year primaries.
