South Korean golfer Noh Seung-yul will defend his title this week at the Zurich Classic in Avondale, La., at the TPC Louisiana.

He admitted that he’s still in the process of revamping his game so expectations seem to be tempered.

“Little struggle earlier in the season,” he told reporters. “New trainer, new swing coach and we’re trying everything new stuff so tough for me. Keep doing the same thing, getting better and feel better. Hopefully good for this week and rest of season.”

The 23-year-old is in his second full year on tour and has one win under his belt.

In the 2014 Zurich Classic, Noh played bogey-free golf in the first 54 holes and finished at 19-under to win the tournament by two strokes.

Performing well enough to make the 2015 Presidents Cup team is also a high priority for him.

“[The Presidents Cup] is a big deal,” he said. “First Presidents Cup in Asia and Korea. All the Korean players want to play the Presidents Cup this year. So that’s why very important this week and going forward.”

World No. 7 Dustin Johnson also spoke about his recent performance following his six-month hiatus.

“It’s been a really good year, I’ve played solid,” he said. “I’ve been playing really consistent and every week I’ve been in contention and so I’m very pleased with how this year’s been going so far. It’s just been more focus in the gym. … The one thing that’s different this year [is] my son and my family.”
