Orioles’ Kim Hyun-soo yet to get on base after six games
March 7, 2016
Baltimore Orioles’ Korean outfielder Kim Hyun-soo is just getting in deeper and deeper. Not only has he gone now 18 at-bats over six games without getting a hit, he has yet to get on base.
Kim was dropped to the seventh slot, perhaps to lessen the burden, but it didn’t make any difference. Kim tried to go the other way in his first at-bat, but grounded out to third, and grounded out to second in the fifth inning.
Park Byung-ho did not appear in the game as the Minnesota Twins chose to give him the day off.
