Park greeted by DC Korean American groups
October 14, 2015
By The Korea Times Washington DC staff
A group of Korean American organization members in Washington, D.C., made their way out to greet South Korean President Park Geun-hye for her current stateside visit.
Park will attend a Korea-U.S. friendship dinner tonight in the city.
Her itinerary for the four-day trip also includes summit talks with President Barack Obama — their fourth since she took office — as well as a visit to the Pentagon and a luncheon with Vice President Joe Biden.
