Park Ji-sung welcomes first baby girl
November 19, 2015
South Korean soccer hero Park Ji-sung is a dad.
The 34-year-old former national team captain welcomed a baby girl to the world Friday morning.
He announced the news via social media from England.
Park married former SBS news anchor Kim Min-ji in July last year.
“All I have is gratitude for the fact that both mother and Mandu (the baby’s nickname) are healthy,” Park wrote. “We’ve gone from being a happy couple to being a couple that will work hard to become good parents.”
