PHILADELPHIA (AP) — A woman taking photographs from a downtown Philadelphia building’s eighth-floor window ledge has slipped and fallen to her death, landing on a pedestrian on the sidewalk. The pedestrian survived.
Police say the 18-year-old woman was taking the photos Thursday evening at a building near tony Rittenhouse Square Park. They say as she tried to re-enter the window from the ledge she fell. She was pronounced dead at a hospital.
