The Asian Art Museum of San Francisco will host the seventh annual Korea Day Sept. 20 in time for Chuseok, the harvest festival.
The event will begin at 10:30 a.m. with a book discussion featuring Jane Park, the second-generation Korean American author of the children’s picture book “Juna’s Jar.”
Korea Day is sponsored by the Korea Foundation and will provide a bojagi exhibit by Lee Young-min, kids’ crafts and an introduction of hanbok, Korean traditional clothing.
K-pop is expected to fill the afternoon, as is traditional Korean cuisine.
Admission is free. For more information, call 415-581-3560.
