Tablo joins hands with American rapper for collaboration single
July 27, 2015
South Korean rap star Tablo will release a single in collaboration with American hip-hop artist Joey Bada$$, YG announced Monday.
Yonhap reported Tablo and Joey Bada$$ would participate in a global hip-hop project by Luminant Entertainment, with a song by Korean producer Code Kunst.
Tablo is a member of Epik High, one of South Korea’s foremost hip-hop groups. Joey Bada$$, a Brooklyn rapper, rose to fame in 2012 after releasing “1999,” his debut mixtape.
“We’re excited to see what kind of project the meeting of Tablo and Joey Bada$$ will produce,” YG said.
The single is slated to drop in August.
