To protect and sebae: LAPD captain visits Koreatown’s Lunar New Year event

(PHOTO NEWS) — Captain Vito Palazzolo, right, and Lieutenant Timothy Nordquist, front, from the Los Angeles Police Department participate in a Korean traditional event for the Lunar New Year – sebae (Deep traditional bow) – staged at the Koreatown Senior and Community Center on Feb. 8 to wish the elders happy new year and long life.
